Full payment must be made 48 hours prior to the funeral taking place. If payment is made by cheque this must be received 7 working days prior to the funeral taking place.
Either a non-denominational funeral service or a religious funeral service.
If you choose for your loved one to be buried in a churchyard, the type of funeral/ceremony will be dictated by the faith practiced there.

What’s Included in the Rowan Burial Package?
Our experience has shown us that many of today’s families want more than a traditional funeral. This can be done by bringing more of the personality and lifestyle of the deceased into the arrangements.
By displaying photographs or staging the event around a favourite pastime, a memorial service can become more personal and meaningful.

- A dedicated online memorial page including online donations
Doctors’ fees are not charged for a burial. However, you will be required to purchase a grave and pay for the grave to be dug. There will also be additional charges for the use of a church and clergy. These fees are set by the Church of England or appropriate Diocese. In the case of a Catholic Church, you may only be asked for a donation. However, they may charge request charges in line with those set by the Church of England.

Our Services includes:
Meeting in your home or our premises to discuss arrangements and advice on certification, registration and other documentation.
Preparation and care of the deceased.
Attending to the necessary requirements.
Unlimited viewing in our Chapel of Rest (within office hours).
The payment of the necessary disbursement fees.
The placing of newspaper notices.
Arrangement for floral tributes.
List of donors if required.
Forwarding of donations to any selected charity.
Making other arrangements as instructed.
Provision and attendance of pall bearers and Funeral Director.
Up to 30 colour orders of service.
Weldon Funeral Services Fees
Removal and collection of the deceased.
A Hearse.
A fee for our professional services.
An additional fee of £250 will be applied for any collection out of working hours (Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm).
