All funeral directors are legally required to publish this price list for additional options, products, or services. These are provided over and above the standardised price list and third party charges. This is to help you think through your options, make choices, and let you compare prices between different funeral directors (because prices can vary).

Full payment must be made 48 hours prior to the funeral taking place. If payment is made by cheque this must be received 7 working days prior to the funeral taking place.
Burial Options
The Rowan Burial Package
Either a non-denominational funeral service or a religious funeral service.
If you choose for your loved one to be buried in a churchyard, the type of funeral/ceremony will be dictated by the faith practiced there.

Cremation Options
The Acorn - Direct Cremation Package
This is the Direct Funeral Option.
*Doctors Fees will be added where appropriate
Although there are no mourners or service, your loved one will be taken to a local crematorium by hearse. Mandy and or Anne will be there with your loved one to take them into the chapel to soft music. They will quietly say goodbye on your behalf.
If you wish to have your loved one’s ashes returned, they will be returned in an ecological container.

The Maple - The Standard Funeral Package
We conduct a service at the crematorium which you tailor to reflect how you would like to say goodbye with music and readings.
We also provide a standard quality veneered coffin of your choice and the hearse will meet you at the crematorium.
£3,057 Includes Crematoria and Doctors Fees
The Beech - The Traditional Funeral Package
There is a service at the crematorium, conducted by us, which you can tailor to reflect how you would like to say goodbye with music and readings.
We also provide a quality veneered coffin of your choice and a limousine for mourners.
This package includes the crematorium fees, as well as a limousine to take mourners to the funeral and to a local destination after the service.
A service in a church prior to cremation or to use a minister or celebrant will occur additional fees.

Grants and Support to pay for Funerals
Weldon Funeral Services accept payments from the Government Social Fund towards the cost of your loved ones funeral. The Social Fund is available for those people on benefits who are organising the funeral of a loved one and we can help you to complete the required forms and apply for the grant.
