Professional Services
The professional services fees include all arrangements in connection with the funeral, assistance and advice in all matters relating to the funeral, attendance and services of staff, attending to all documentation, care of the deceased and the use of the Chapel of Rest (by appointment). This also includes the provision of the agreed number of funeral vehicles, the services of the Funeral Director and embalming of the deceased if required by prior arrangement.
This does not include any arrangements for the interment of cremated remains.
Payment of account
In addition to our charges there are disbursements which you must pay. These include Doctors, Minister, Musical arrangement and Cemetery or Cremation fees.
When we have finalised your wishes for the arrangements for the funeral all fees must be paid within 72 hours of the date of the funeral. Failure to do this could result in the funeral being cancelled and costs occurred.
A deposit of 20% of the estimated costs will be required to be paid on the instruction of you to commence funeral arrangements.
The arrangement for the costs of floral tributes, memorials and notices will be discussed prior to your instruction.
Payment of account by prior arrangement
If because of your circumstances, you have to make a claim or alternative arrangements for the cost of the funeral, this must be agreed in writing with Weldon Funeral Services Ltd prior to instruction to commence any arrangements.
Weldon Funeral Services Ltd will not conduct or arrange the funeral if the agreed costs have not been paid in full 72 hours before the date of the funeral or alternative payments methods otherwise agreed in writing.
